Sales volume was up 0.8% over the same period for 2015, a negligible increase.  A BIG however…the median price of single family homes appreciated almost 8.5% over the last year–testament to the continuing heat of the Nashville real estate market.  See more stats. from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors here.
