Whether you are looking for a place to live or an investment property, the entry level product and price-point is hard to come by at the moment, especially in Nashville, TN.  With exceedingly high demand for more affordable options, the lack of supply creates a double whammy for anyone looking to jump in.  If you are looking, you should be prepared to consistently stay on the hunt, and move immediately on anything that remotely makes sense.  Also, be prepared to pay full list price or more.  According to statistics from Trulia as reported by Bloomberg, starter homes are smaller, pricier, harder to come by, and more run down than in years past.  Read the whole article here.
