Nashville’s Mayor Megan Berry said “…our tourist industry continue(s) to pay off in ways that create jobs, grow our economy and generate tax revenue that’s used to improve the quality of life for all residents.”  Annual visitation has increased a whopping 45% over the past 10 years.  Nashville continues to be highly ranked for the world’s top destinations in 2017.  Does this lend to stable and growing property values and an excellent platform for real estate investment?  We think so!
