An Inventory INCREASE?

An increase in inventory has been a long time coming, and for many in the Nasville Area a relief considering the tight real estate supply and the issues that go along with it.  There was a decrease in closing volume over the past year, which could be considered by some “normalization.”  We saw an increase in unit volume to market of almost 11% which many view as healthy.  It certainly will help all those people who are having a hard time finding the right location along with affordability.  See all the data provided by Greater Nashville Realtors here.
