The pandemic has many potential buyers looking to change up their living situatons. Increased demand and lower supply has resulted in a very competitve market. Compared to the same period last year, the number of homes on the market is down 26.2%. Home values are up 6.9% while rental prices are also up 2.2%. Low interest rates are also playing a part.
