As a company, Omni operates very heavily in the Donelson area of Nashville.  This is due to affordability, high quality product types, low crime rates, and an excellent central location.  We have leased and sold property in this area for over a decade, very successfully.  We loved Donelson long before this article in the Tennessean, which is a bold indicator of the umbrella quality under which we operate!
