East Nashville Continues Improvement Trajectory

An Omni Realtors and Property Management hotspot for real estate investing and management is East Nashville.  This part of town has seen tremendous growth and improvement over the last decade, and affordability remains relatively in tact.  Albeit, “East Nashville” is quite a large area, with many “districts” that vary widely in terms of housing type, quality, access to services, shopping, etc.  The first major growth area was “Five Points” interconnected with Historic Lockeland Springs.  Change continues in greater East Nashville, with the latest corridor to hit the map being Dickerson Pike.  Historically well known for drugs and prostitution, the times they are a-changing, as it were.  Spawned by Metro Nashville Planning, this corridor has big things ahead which will offer additional new investment opportunities and continued quality improvement to our already great City.  Read the article by the Tennessean here.
