According to the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, home sales for the month of August were flat compared to this month last year.  This could be sign of seasonal slow-down, but also an indicator of continuing low supply.  Perhaps buyers are standing by a bit more to see what happens?  May be a sign of market cooling?  Perhaps, but we still posted a 7.6% increase in median home price year over year, which is outstanding!  See all the details in the latest report here.
