Nashville housing market projected to stay strong in 2022

A recent forecast from Zillow, as reported by the Home Buying Institute, predicted that home prices could continue to steadily increase into 2022. The median home value for the Nashville-Murfreesboro-Franklin metro area rose by approximately 16% over the past 12 months.
