Nashville Population Boom Continues

Nashville, TN’s population could reach 2 million by 2020 to the Nashville Metro Planning Organization.  Recent statistics show a 2% increase in population during a one-year timeframe that ended 7/1/16.  Some tout a rate of 100 people per day moving into the area, but the actual figure represents overall population shift, which includes births and deaths.  Nashville ranks very highly on the list of fast-track growth cities in the country.  This is truly testament to Nashville’s quality of life and healthy economy.  A great place to invest in real estate?  We think so!  See the full article by the Tennessean here.
