September Should be Slow for Nashville Home Sales?

As is very normal, home sales would begin to lag this time of year.  Not for Nashville!  Sales volume posted a 2% increase over the already record year of 2016.  The Nashville area also posted an average 9% median price increase for single family residential homes over last year.  These stats are beyond stellar and are testament to Nashville’s quality of life and all it has to offer.  See all sales details for September here.
