September 2016

Sales volume was up 0.8% over the same period for 2015, a negligible increase.  A BIG however...the median price of single family homes appreciated almost 8.5% over the last year--testament to the continuing heat of the Nashville real estate market.  See more stats. from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors here.

August 2016

According to the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, home sales for the month of August were flat compared to this month last year.  This could be sign of seasonal slow-down, but also an indicator of continuing low supply.  Perhaps buyers are standing by a bit more to see what happens?  May be a sign of market cooling?  Perhaps, but we still posted a 7.6% increase in median home price year over year, which is outstanding!  See all the details
