As experts in the Nashville area rental property investment market, we stay abreast of "districts" (or parts of town) undergoing change.  Omni has witnessed first hand Germantown/Salemtown go from dangerous after dark to multi-million dollar real estate seemingly overnight.  East Nashville transitioned from "cool but spotty" to today's most demand location in the downtown periphery.  Inglewood moved from affordable to not so much within 24 months.  So

January 2018

We work hard to keep everyone up to date with the state of Nashville, TN real estate; and we would be remiss not to highlight how our year went in 2017.  Well...it was record-breaking!  With total sales up almost 4% over 2016 and closed sales volume surpassing the last record of 40,056 in 2006, it appears nothing is slowing in the Greater Nashville market any time soon.  Additionally and probably most importantly, the median home price grew a whopping 10.4%

November 2017

October 2017

Mayor Berry recently rolled out a new (and desperately needed) transit proposal for the City.  We have been hearing about greenways and light rail, but this is a doozy.  Mass transit...underground!  The total plan has a price tag of a whopping $5.2 BILLION, with a mere $936 MILLION for the tunnel system.  We have also heard about geology reports indicating the underground construction would be cost-prohibitive, but the transit team believes otherwise.&

September 2017

As is very normal, home sales would begin to lag this time of year.  Not for Nashville!  Sales volume posted a 2% increase over the already record year of 2016.  The Nashville area also posted an average 9% median price increase for single family residential homes over last year.  These stats are beyond stellar and are testament to Nashville's quality of life and all it has to offer.  See all sales details for September Read More
