Nashville's population growth is astounding. The old notion of "jobs brings people" does not currently apply here!  The people are coming and the jobs are following.  The City's housing supply, including both rental homes and homes for sale, is relativley low; however, we are NOT in a bubble and affordability still remains!  If you're a techie or in healthcare, Nashville just may be the place for you.  See many more stats and trends from The Tennessean article here.
